To request deletion or destruction of your personal data

To request deletion or destruction of data when the legal grounds for processing no longer exist

You may apply via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address you have previously provided.

ii) Written Application

You may submit your application by sending a written petition to our address.

All applications will be finalized free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
