7. Rights of Personal Data Subjects under Article 11 of KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data subjects, you have the right to request:

To request deletion or destruction of your personal data
To request deletion or destruction of data when the legal grounds for processing no longer exist

8. Application Procedures
You may submit your applications regarding the rights listed above through the following methods:
i) Electronic Application
You may apply via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the e-mail address you have previously provided.

ii) Written Application
You may submit your application by sending a written petition to our address.
All applications will be finalized free of charge within a maximum of 30 days. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the security of your personal data. In this context, your data are stored in encrypted environments, and unauthorized access is prevented as much as possible.
